The SAIL Program consists of aerobic, balance, stretching, and strength building exercises. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly. SAIL exercises can be done standing or sitting. Attending the SAIL class on Monday’s is a great way to get your week started on the right track. When you hear our 1950’s era music you’ll want to join in on the fun!

Mondays & Fridays:

The SAIL Program is taught by Physical Therapist, Margaret Aris, on DVD. The exercises are mostly in the seated position with some standing movements. Margaret's targeted exercises strengthen muscles to improve balance and flexibility. Performing these exercises are the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce chances of falling.
